Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Role Summary
The Associate Director of Assurance will play a critical role ensuring that the Trust delivers on efficiency and transformational plans. Supporting the Director of Transformation the post holder will work with the executive team, senior clinical and operational colleagues and corporate teams to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of the Trusts efficiency and transformation projects and programmes to focus on clinical and operational excellence in a way that maximises the engagement of individuals and clinical teams across the Trust.
Role
- Promoting the efficiency and transformation programme and cultivate new ideas through engagement with local partners including Primary Care Networks/GP practices, secondary and community care clinicians, service managers and social care colleagues.
- Maintaining oversight of efficiency programmes across partner organisations including Community, Mental Health, and Local Council.
- Ensuring a smooth transition through decision making process to the planning and implementation of projects.
- Participating in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide project, information and analytical advice and expertise.
- Developing and implementing programme and project monitoring processes that will provide accurate and timely data.
- Presenting project information and issues, explaining complexities, to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- To liaising with other Managers to share best practice.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Project management experience
- Prince 2 qualification
- Data analysis
- Solid experience planning and implementing large projects
- Presenting to internal and external stakeholders
