Pay Rates:
£15 paye inclusive depending on depending on skill and experience
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Job Summary
- Booking patients into theatre lists
- Calling patients and matching them up to the criteria of the list
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of Consultants, Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
- Booking, amending and confirming patient appointments to prevent minimal Did Not Attends (DNA’s) and maximising clinic capacity ensuring there are no bottlenecks.
- Preparing Clinic packs and managing paperwork on behalf of clinical colleagues
- Clinic coordination and escalation management
- General hospital administration duties
- Dealing with incoming patient calls and emails
- The successful candidate must provide excellent customer
- The candidate must have strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Solid IT Skills is required for the role
- Duties will include communication with patients and guests
- Dealing with incoming queries
- To be successful in the role the candidate must be organised and proactive
