Receptionist

Job Title: Medical Receptionist

System Knowledge Required: System One - candidates without System One experience will not be contacted

Smart Card: Desirable

Starting: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 08:00 - 18:30

Location: Boston

Pay: £11 - £13 P/H PAYE Dependent on experience and pay type


Duties:

  • Update patient information daily onto  System One, demonstrating a great level of accuracy

  • Acting as first point of contact, assisting with general enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner in person, via telephone and via email

  • Book and re-schedule patient appointments

  • Obtain relevant test results and ensure patient clinical notes are up to date and contain all information required for consultation

  • Deal with incoming communication and correspondence, handling, delegating, and generating responses quickly and appropriately

  • Liaise with non-clinical staff and hospitals when required

  • File patients’ files and correspondence

  • Communicating with non-clinical and clinical staff regularly to ensure a smooth operational service
