DSAR Administrator
Location: Fully Remote (There may be a requirement to visit our HQ in Bromsgrove from time to time for training and development)

Pay Rates: £13.23 per hour PAYE
Hours / Working Days: 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Holidays: 25 days, plus bank holidays observed in England
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented DSAR Administrator to join our remote team. This role involves processing new instructions on behalf of GP Practices using our Managed Service – including Subject Access Requests, insurance reports, and other medical documentation such as DWP forms.
You will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to Practices who use our in-house software to manage requests independently.
Key Responsibilities
Process instructions on behalf of Practices via the Managed Service
Adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures at all times
Maintain high quality and accuracy standards in line with both internal and external expectations
Manage a daily workload efficiently to meet individual targets and contribute to overall service level agreements (SLAs)
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies
Communicate effectively with GP Practices, providing a helpful, friendly, and professional service
About You
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Experience in Primary Care or Information Governance is desirable but not essential
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Committed to upholding the confidentiality and security of patient data
