Job Description
Location: Fully Remote (There may be a requirement to visit the HQ in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire from time to time and for training and development)
Job Type: Permanent
Proposed start date: ASAP
Pay Rates: £13.23 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay
Hours / Working Days: 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Sector: Healthcare
Holidays: 25 days, plus bank holidays observed in England
Document Administrators are responsible for successfully processing new instructions on behalf of Practices using the Our Clients Service including, but not limited to Subject Access Requests, Insurance and other medical reports e.g. DWP forms.
Document Administrators also provide excellent Customer Service to Practices who use the inhouse Software to process reports themselves.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Completing instructions on behalf of customers using our Managed Service
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure that high quality standards are maintained in accordance with internal and external expectations
- Work efficiently through a daily allocation to meet your individual target along with ensuring overall SLAs are achieved
- Document Administrators play a key role in our rapidly growing business and in ensuring the success of our Managed Service. Our team is made up of great communicators with meticulous attention to detail and will potentially have experience in Primary Care or the Information Governance sector.
We are very aware of our privileged position processing patient data and compliance with all data protection policies and regulations is essential. Full training and support material will be provided to ensure the continued high standard of our work.
- This position is a remote working position with PC, Monitors and Headset provided.
- There may be a requirement to visit our HQ in Bromsgrove from time to time for training and development.
