Reablement Support Worker

One of our clients, a Reablement Service in Sutton is looking for a Reablement Support Worker to join their expanding Community Team.

They are open to speaking with candidates who have previous community experience preferably in a rehab/reablement setting with a view to offering a long-term assignment with an hourly pay rate of £16 - £17 P/H.

Essential criteria to be considered for this role:

• Ideally, prior Reablement Experience 

• Holding an Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration will be beneficial, and this role may potentially allow progression to a Band 5 courtesy of the hiring manager further down the line

• Have access to own vehicle for work purposes 

• Be available to commence the role within a maximum of 2-3 weeks from confirmation
