Occupational Therapist - Home First

Your World is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 OT for work on a locum basis. You will be joining an outstanding team within a well-known Home First Service in Norwich.

Who are we looking for?

As a Band 6 OT, you will have the knowledge, skills and qualifications to take on the role. You must possess a kind, confident and motivated personality with the ability to communicate to an exceptional standard with both patients and colleagues.

You will be extremely understanding and able to adapt your methods to each patient's varying requirements. You must be comfortable organising your own schedule as well as working within the Home First Service team.

Requirements

• Be experienced and skilled in the holistic assessment of patient's needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of individual treatment programmes.
• Support senior members of the team in delivering evidence-based patient care.
• Work across community settings with experience of wide knowledge base.
• Carry a caseload of patients that present with Acute or Chronic conditions.
• Work as an autonomous practitioner being professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your work, managing own caseload and maintaining patient and own records.
