Neuro Lead Occupational Therapist

Your World is currently looking to place a Band 7 OT with UK experience into a permanent role in Leatherhead.

Based in a fantastic Brain Injury Charity in Leatherhead, this position is ideal for an OT who needs a new challenge and wants to take their career to the next step. This position comes with the added bonus of working alongside an experienced team of healthcare professionals.

Are you the right OT?

• We need a forward-thinking leader passionate about neurorehabilitation. You’ll lead our Occupational Therapy team, driving clinical excellence and delivering top-quality care within a strong multi-disciplinary team (MDT). Your mission: embed evidence-based practice, foster innovation, and maximize client rehabilitation with a focus on independence and seamless discharge planning.

• Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with admissions, discharge coordinators, and community therapy teams. Excellent communication skills and experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff are essential.

• You’ll have plenty of opportunities for professional growth, with strong support from the Head of Clinical Services and regular clinical supervision.

Requirements

• Full OT qualifications

• HCPC registration

• UK Occupational Therapy experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication
