Band 5 Occupational Therapist

Your World is currently seeking a Band 5 OT for work on a permanent basis. You will be joining an outstanding team within a well-known Private Mental Health Service in Blackburn.

Who are we looking for?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and reflective Occupational Therapist and help our "outstanding" service continue to develop. Working alongside an established team this role will enable the successful applicant to develop their varied occupational therapy skills, across a range of core areas (including physical) and within secure mental health services: there are extensive on site facilities and links with the community. Successful applicants will get the opportunities to develop their skills in occupational therapy with a range of complex male patients, including those with mental illnesses, personality disorders, significant physical health impairments and cognitive impairments.

Requirements

• Full OT qualifications

• HCPC registration

• UK Occupational Therapy experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication
