Skills Needed
Requirements:
Must be registered with the HCPC and have completed recognised qualification in Audiology. Must have completed accreditation training in pure tone audiometry.
A BSc or MSc qualification in Audiology
Previous clinical experience working in a hospital or private setting
RCCP or HCPC registration is desirable
The ideal person will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with people of all ages. They should be experienced and have strong initiative to decide the most appropriate tests for a patient's age and condition.
It's essential that the candidate is respectful, supportive and highly motivated to provide patients with the best level of care possible.
