16th May 2015, Our London HQ Opened its doors to their candidates in a compliance open day, offering the chance for our staff to get know their candidates and help them with any compliance questions and offer training opportunities.

The Open Day was available for Nurses, Operating Theatre Practitioners, Midwives, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Administration Staff, Doctors and Health Science Services staff who would like to access amazing employment opportunities and get fully compliant at the same time.

• Register with Your World 
• Update their personal file
• Attend our Basic Life Support (BLS) and Manual Handling (MH) training sessions  
• See our Phlebotomist to give blood
• Meet our Clinical Advisor  
• Receive an ID badge
• Bring friends to register 
• Bring documents to complete their file
• Complete online training

Two sessions were available to our candidates to fit their convenience, either: 09:00-12:00 or 13:00-17:00.

On top of all that we offered from a compliance a training point of view, we provided everyone with refreshments throughout the day and a free lunch with vegetarian and halal options so that everyone was catered for!

Certainly one of the best results of this open day was getting to know our candidates on a one-to-one basis, advising how to become as employable as possible and of course, hearing their feedback on how we can improve our services.
