We’ve been supporting healthcare professionals for over ten years now, and whether you’re a seasoned candidate of ours or you’re new to our family, there may be a few things you didn’t know that could help you to bag that dream role.
Did you set a New Year’s resolution? Perhaps more time with the family, finding a better work-life balance or maybe even travelling? These are all things that our consultants can help with! For example, if you wanted to work in Australia, we have a team who can help you to find a job and make moving a breeze. If you’re thinking of changing to locum work so you can enjoy more flexibility, we’ll make sure you have a simple, smooth transition.
Tell your consultant the exact type of role you would like, the locations you would be happy to work in and the sort of hours you would like to work (in an ideal world!). Have a favourite hospital to work in? Let them know!
Your consultant can even advise on career progression, what qualifications and experience you need for certain roles, what you can expect in different environments (e.g. NHS or Private), what life’s like as a locum and much, much more.
Have you moved, got married, changed your number or received a higher qualification? These are all details that we need to know so that we can successfully reach you with the best opportunities to suit you. You also need to make sure that your compliance documents are in on time because if you’re not compliant, you’re not going to be getting any jobs! Remember to always respond to your Clinical Governance Officer too.
There are many ways that you can discover new roles: you can talk to your specialist consultant, check our website, follow us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, or connect with your personal consultant on LinkedIn.
Have you heard about our Refer a Friend Scheme before? For each successful person that you send our way, we’ll give you a special thank you bonus - and the best part is, there’s no limit to how many people you can refer!
