Pay Rate: 

£13.00 per hour paye inclusive of holiday pay

Hours: Monday to Thursday 10am to 3pm (Can be flexible on days and hours)

 Summary

To support our GP Surgery with LTC (Long Term Conditions) and QOF management (Quality and Outcomes Framework)

 Duties

  • Maintain and update patient records accurately.
  • Input clinical data for QOF reporting and assist with tracking targets.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments for LTC reviews.
  • Handle patient queries and coordinate with clinical staff.
  • Prepare and manage reports related to LTC and QOF and update at monthly team meetings

 Essential:

  • Administrative experience in QOF and LTC, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Emis healthcare software 
  • Excellent communication and confidentiality awareness.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of QOF and Long-Term Conditions.
  • Experience in a GP surgery or NHS environment
