Yep, it’s true! Ireland has been officially named the best international destination in the world by Group Leisure, a British travel magazine.
After gaining input from readers about their favourite worldwide destinations, Group Leisure was able to put together its annual awards, in which Ireland was awarded the number one spot for international destinations!
This is a great achievement for Ireland as a nation and just another reason why Irish nationals and those from overseas love living here (and let’s not forget that earlier this year, Dublin and Galway were named two of Condé Nast Traveler Magazine’s most welcoming cities!).
